Area Sales Manager

This isn t a suit-and-tie sales position, it s about rolling up your sleeves and building something from the ground up an opportunity to help grow and establish the UK arm of a global business. As a Business Development Manager, you ll work with quality products, receive full support from the MD, and enjoy the buzz of building something with a start-up feel. You ll inherit a strong client base to nurture and grow, while also winning new customers across the UK Why This Role Stands Out Freedom and trust: You ll be given the autonomy to develop business in your own way no micromanagement, just realistic targets and proper support. Balance of accounts and new business: You ll inherit a book of regular accounts to nurture, while also getting out there to develop new customers. Supportive leadership: You ll work with a down-to-earth MD who values your input, backs your ideas, and genuinely supports the team. Quality products: You ll be selling top-tier fittings, couplings, and valves into the construction, agricultural, and builders merchant sectors nationwide. Room to grow: As the business expands, there s potential to build a sales team and progress into a Sales Director role. What You ll Be Doing You ll join a small business, with a huge potential, working hand-in-hand with the UK MD with the purpose of growing sales across the business. You ll be selling a range of products including fittings, couplings, and valves used in construction and agriculture to builders merchants
