Job Title: Water Treatment Business Development / Sales Manager
Location: Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire
Salary/Benefits: -30k - -50k + Training & Benefits

To continue company growth, our client is seeking a switched-on Water Treatment Business Development / Sales Manager in the North West. This role would suit an individual who has an ambitious and proactive nature, and a desire to succeed within the Water Treatment industry. It is essential that clients hold existing industry sales experience and strong technical knowledge. You will need to be able to hit the ground running upon joining the company and will need to bring a tenacious and driven attitude. You will be joining a well-known outfit who has a growing presence across the UK. Salaries and benefits on offer are excellent and include company vehicle, pension scheme and overtime opportunities.

Experience / Qualifications:
- Successful track record overseeing active business development within a Water Treatment company
- Strong sales experience and knowledge of techniques
- Fully versed in ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
- It would be advantageous to hold a science / environmental based degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good literacy and IT skills
- Exemplary reputation within the industry

The Role:
- Overseeing the active development of sales and business revenues for a busy Water Treatment company
- Managing key Closed System, Water Treatment, Plumbing, Cooling Tower and Steam Boiler client accounts
- Identifying new areas for business growth
- Planning and executing sales pitches and tenders
- Meeting with clients to sell and upsell company services
- Answering technical and contractual queries from clients
- Renewing existing client contracts
- Meeting / exceeding personal sales targets
- Working to agreed deadlines
- Ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard
- Completing regular reports
- Meeting with members of management and Directors to discuss performance
