Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Senior Social Worker to join the MASH Team for Southwark Council Duties and Responsibilities: Triage and manage safeguarding referrals within a Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) environment. Undertake rapid risk assessments and make informed threshold decisions in line with statutory guidance. Gather, analyse, and share information with key partner agencies to support effective safeguarding outcomes. Provide professional guidance and support to less experienced Social Workers within the team. Ensure all contacts and referrals are progressed in a timely manner, prioritising high-risk cases. Contribute to strategy discussions and decision-making processes relating to child protection concerns. Maintain accurate, high-quality case recordings in line with legislative and local authority requirements. Apply in-depth knowledge of safeguarding legislation, policies, and procedures in all aspects of practice.
