You''ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring insights are translated into clear, actionable recommendations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead user research activities across the full project life cycleConduct interviews, usability testing, surveys, workshops and contextual researchAnalyse findings and communicate insights in a clear, compelling wayChampion user needs and support the design of accessible, inclusive servicesCollaborate with designers, product managers, developers and stakeholdersContribute to continuous improvement of research practices and standardsAbout YouProven experience as a User Researcher within the UK public sectorStrong understanding of GDS principles, service standards and accessibility requirementsSkilled in qualitative and quantitative methodsConfident engaging with a diverse range of users and stakeholdersAble to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary delivery team
