NEW VACANCY: Our client is seeking an experienced Transport / Fleet Compliance professional to support the safe, legal, and efficient operation of their vehicle fleet. A full UK driving license (cars and light commercial vehicles) is required. CPC for approx 5 years plus.Monday - Friday - 10 hour shiftsKey Responsibilities:Maintain Operator License (O License) compliance in line with DVSA and Traffic Commissioner requirementsManage fleet records, vehicle planners, and preventative maintenance schedulesMonitor driver defects, tachograph data, infringements, and Working Time Directive (WTD) complianceEnsure all vehicles are legal, compliant, and correctly registered under the appropriate O LicenseCommunicate with drivers regarding training, DCPC, licenses, and legislative updates (UK/EU)Maintain accurate records on RHA portal and fleet systemsManage vehicle defects, accidents, and insurance liaison to minimise downtimeSupport driver recruitment and onboarding, ensuring full legal complianceEscalate HandS and RTA issues as requiredWork with suppliers to maintain fleet compliance and control costsRequirements:Strong knowledge of UK/EU transport legislation and fleet complianceExperience with tachographs, WTD, and O License administrationExcellent attention to detail and communication skills
