Start date : ASAP Employment Type : Freelance Duration : 2-3 months Project stage : 80%works are completed Job purpose : An opportunity has arisen for a Internal Site Manager, reporting into the Project Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing all limited to internal works. Duties Include: Responsible for the day-to-day internalworks and coordination of the project. Daily and weekly progress review against fast face programme on internal work closing out. Responsible for site inspection, audits, reports preparation quality control and testing and inspection plans on all internal works. Working independently in surveying, inspection, report-writing activities and report to site management and recording progress against a program deadline Maintain high levels of health and safety throughout the project ensuring work is always carried out in a safe manner Attending regular meetings on the site or off site with our team, the site team, and the design team to ensure communication of all required façade related topics is clear and understood.
