This is a long-term contract role with a leading contractor known for delivering exceptional quality bespoke developments. The Role:Lead and manage external packages with a focus on brickwork, structural steelwork, and roofing.Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered on time and to the highest standard.Coordinate and manage subcontractors, maintaining strong communication and site safety.Report to the Project Manager and collaborate closely with the wider team.What We''re Looking For:Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-end residential or luxury projects.Strong technical knowledge of external works, including structural steel, brick fa ades, and roofing.Excellent leadership and organisational skills, with a keen eye for quality and detail.SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.What''s on Offer:Long-term contract role.
