Dynata serves nearly 6,000 market research agencies, media and advertising agencies, consulting and investment firms and healthcare and corporate customers in the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to join our sales team, working in close collaboration with experienced Account Directors.In this role, you will challenge the status quo, teach insights that reshape customer thinking, and take control of the sales conversation to create value for both our clients and organization.Responsibilities of the position will include:Client Engagement and Relationship ManagementWorking with Account Directors you will manage client relationships throughout the sales process, including follow-up post transactionDevelop and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders within existing accountsAct as a trusted advisor by providing insights that drive customer success and business growthProactively identify client challenges and recommend tailored solutions that challenge conventional thinkingAttending and leading client-facing meetings with a consultative and insight-led approachManaging communication of price and scope changes with clientsProactively address roadblocks and align internal resourcesCoordinate with PM team on project changes and escalationsProposal and Quote ManagementConsult on and deliver all high-value request for proposalsCollaborate with internal teams to customize proposals that address client pain points and opportunitiesDevelop compelling, insight-driven proposals that reinforce the value of our solutionsProactive management of bid follow-upDrive revenue growth and by expanding existing customer accounts through upselling and cross-sellingWorking with Account Directors to develop and execute account growth strategies that align with customer goals and business needsIdentify new revenue opportunities through consultative and curiosity mindsetStrong self-starter with a passion for research3+ years of B2B sales/account management experience within Market Research or Associated Industries.Able to create proposals (inc. feasibility) based on client requirementsProven ability to drive revenue growth through account expansion strategiesStrong business acumen and ability to translate client needs into actionable solutionsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to work cross-functionally with internal teams to drive customer successWe offerIn addition to a competitive salary and bonus scheme; we offer a generous benefit package which is continually reviewed in order to offer the best options for our staff.
