Senior Quantity Surveyor / Employer''s Agent – new opportunity with a highly successful, independently owned Quantity Surveying firm based in the West Midlands. The firm operates in the Birmingham / Black Country area with an outstanding client base that includes developers, investment firms, asset management firms, end users and others. They have long-standing relationships with clients and continue to win new business. The role is suitable for an ambitious and enthusiastic experienced Quantity Surveyor seeking greater project responsibility in a sociable, outward-facing environment.Responsibilities

Join the team to provide quantity surveying and Employer''s Agent services on design and build new build projects for a range of developers, primarily in commercial and industrial sectors.Apply a good understanding of the whole project process and maintain a strong focus on service delivery and client-facing responsibilities from the outset.Develop experience and take on increasing project responsibility in a supportive, outward-facing client environment.Contribute to a collaborative, lively working atmosphere within a niche but successful consultancy.Qualifications

3-4 years of industry experience, with ideally some Employer''s Agent exposure.Good understanding of the entire project process and strong client-facing skills.Ambitious, confident, outgoing, and capable of thriving in a demanding client environment.
