Senior Quantity Surveyor

Preparing and managing claims, variations and contractual submissionsSupporting the resolution of disputes, including arbitration where requiredOffering clear commercial and contractual advice to colleagues and stakeholdersOverseeing cost management, valuations and final accountsWho we''re looking for

A background in Quantity Surveying, ideally with relevant qualifications (degree or equivalent)Chartered (MRICS) or working towards is a plus but not essentialExperience of working on large scale building projectsFamiliarity with NEC and JCT forms of contractWhy work for us
