Sheridan Maine is seeking a a Tax Senior to join a well-established accounting firm in Kent. This is a great opportunity for a motivated tax professional looking to advance their career in a supportive environment.

You will manage client tax compliance and advisory work, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities as Tax Senior:

• Prepare and review corporation tax returns and computations.
• Advise clients on various tax matters including compliance and planning.
• Liaise with HMRC and other tax authorities as necessary.
• Support junior team members with their workload and development.
• Keep up to date with tax legislation and best practices.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Assist with ad hoc projects and tax planning assignments.
  
  

The successful Tax Senior must possess:

• Previous experience in a tax compliance and advisory role.
• Strong technical knowledge of corporation tax.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and client management skills.
• Proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
• 2 years of experience in a UK practice.
