HR Business Partner Supply Chain Union Experience Essential We are working with a fast-paced, operational business looking to bring in a HR Business Partner to support their supply chain function.This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the operation, partnering with leaders on the ground and playing a key role in shaping people strategy in a complex, unionised environment.This isn''t a role where you''ll sit on the sidelines, you''ll be visible, hands-on and right at the heart of the business.What you''ll be doing Partnering with senior stakeholders across the supply chain and operational teams Supporting and coaching leaders on all areas of people management Leading on employee relations activity, including complex casework Building strong relationships with union representatives and supporting ongoing union engagement Supporting organisational change, restructures and transformation activity Using data and insight to influence decision making and improve performance Working closely with the wider People team to deliver key initiativesWhat we''re looking for Proven experience as a HR Business Partner within a supply chain, logistics or operational environment Strong experience working within a unionised setting is essential Confident managing complex ER cases and supporting senior stakeholders Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment A hands-on approach with the ability to balance both strategic and operational priorities S
