Finance Director / Manager

to help scale that vision with clarity, control, and confidence.

This is a high-impact role for someone who is ready to go beyond the numbers and become a

key voice in shaping a purpose-driven organisation .

This is a part-time, senior leadership role requiring approximately 1-2 days a week initially, with flexibility to increase as the business scales. You will be responsible for driving financial strategy, strengthening our internal controls, and ensuring sound financial governance across the organisation

What You Will Do

As Finance Lead, you will sit at the heart of our operations and executive strategy. You will:

Own and lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgetingOversee day-to-day finance operations: bookkeeping, AP, associate paymentsStrengthen and scale financial systems, controls, and reporting toolsSupport automation and smarter ways of working across financeEnsure timely, accurate VAT and regulatory complianceDeliver insightful reporting to leadership and external stakeholdersCollaborate with outsourced providers and professional advisorsMonitor and report on financial KPIs that drive decision-makingPartner closely with the CEO and senior leadership team on strategic growth

What You Will Bring

ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified, with hands-on experience in a similar roleA blend of strategic thinking and operational rigourProficiency with Xero, Dext, Excel, FathomA collaborative approach – you are comfortable influencing at all levelsStrong commercial acumen and a problem-solving mindsetExceptional organisation and attention to detailIntegrity, emotional intelligence, and a calm, considered presence
