Finance Director – Global SaaS scaleup. Hybrid – City office (3 days) + WFH. Talentedge are exclusively partnering with a global SaaS business on a newly created Finance Director opportunity owing to rapid, global expansion.Our ideal candidate is an ambitious and progressive leader, who ideally has recent SaaS scaleup experience, as well as some exposure to working in a listed environment. There is ample progression opportunities within this business, so someone who is on very much a fast-track career trajectory is well suited.Responsibilities

Own the day-to-day finance function, including overseeing monthly management and annual financial reporting as well as transactional areasContinually improve processes and controls, utilising technology for automation purposesLead on all tax requirements (local and international)Support VP Finance on commercial finance / FPandAOperate as a trusted business partner to the wider groupDevelop, mentor and in time grow the finance function furtherUK and US GAAP experienceStrong technical accountant with a commercial mindsetExperienced with building and developing an elite global finance function (team members are currently based overseas as well as UK)Strong people management skills, including advising, challenging and influencing stakeholders (CEO/Founder, Board etc)International expansion exposure is beneficialQualifications

Qualified accountant with strong academicsRapid-scale SaaS experience, coupled with exposure to working in a listed environmentSenior finance leadership experience in a global contextDetails
