Your new company We are supporting a Women''s Justice Service who provides vital support to women involved in the criminal justice system, experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless, and those facing challenges related to mental health, drug use, or alcohol dependency. They offer a comprehensive range of emotional and practical assistance, including one-to-one risk and needs assessments and trauma-informed programme sessions focused on life skills and securing safe accommodation. Their aim is to empower women to navigate difficult circumstances and build a safer, more stable future.Your new role The role involves managing a caseload of women with diverse and complex needs, providing joined-up, person-centred support. The post holder will deliver both practical and emotional interventions, informed by in-depth, specialist assessments tailored to each individual. Working in close partnership with the women, they will help foster empowerment and encourage self-directed goal setting as part of the recovery journey. What you''ll need to succeed The post holder will have experience of support individuals with complex needs through coordinated, holistic care. They''ll have carried a caseload and delivered tailored practical and emotional interventions based on specialist assessments.
