This is a unique opportunity for an Electrician to join our client''s critical maintenance team based in Hounslow! This is brilliant if you''re looking to gain exposure into the commercial maintenance sector, you''ll be trained on further on electrical systems, up skilled on mechanical systems, be part of a market leading firm, receive additional training and be apart of a fantastic team.

For this Electrician role, you will be part of the shift maintenance team on site, carry out Planned Preventative (PPM) and reactive maintenance on site, troubleshoot / fault find around site, ensure all critical systems are running efficiently and be part of site black outs / shutdowns.

Electrician Duties:

• Perform Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on critical electrical and mechanical systems
• Conduct High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) isolations and switching operations in compliance with site safety procedures
• Operate and maintain Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems, standby generators, HV/LV infrastructure, and precision cooling systems
• Monitor and control Building Management Systems (BMS) and SCADA systems to ensure stable and efficient plant operations
• Carry out daily plant checks, scheduled inspections, and comprehensive fault diagnostics
• Support the creation and execution of switching schedules, ensuring strict adherence to safety standards
• Collaborate with shift teams to respond to system alarms, equipment failures, and operational escalations
• Maintain accurate records, including operational logs, work permits, and statutory documentation

• Fully qualified in Electrical Installations / Engineering (C&G / NVQ / EAL or equivalent)
• At least 3 years experience as an Electrician / Electrical Engineer
• No maintenance experienced required, but working within commercial sites is essential 
• Live in commutable distance to site
