Overview
Main Purpose of the JobTo develop and implement a single front door triage system that provides trauma-informed triage and outreach to residents and colleagues. The role will focus on engaging harder-to-reach resident groups, such as NEET young people and economically inactive individuals, ensuring they are supported into appropriate services and opportunities.Responsibilities
Develop and implement a single front door triage system that provides trauma-informed triage and outreach to residents and colleagues.Engage harder-to-reach resident groups, such as NEET young people and economically inactive individuals, ensuring they are supported into appropriate services and opportunities.Support employer engagement by brokering and enrolling young people into Intermediate Labour Market (ILM) placements.Work closely with the adult learning service to coordinate the promotion, enrolment, and sustainment of functional skills interventions.Contract details
