We are hiring managers, experienced professionals, and graduates to work in a variety of roles.Your key responsibilitiesHelping clients unlock value from their information assets through collaboration with domain experts and by embedding innovative data analytics solutions in existing services linesLeading diverse teams with varying skillsets, who use different Data and Analytics technologies.The ability to adapt your leadership style to fit team, client, and cultural needs. They will look to you to anticipate and identify risks and escalate issues as appropriate. With guidance from partners, directors, and other senior managers, you’ll identify potential business opportunities for EY to incubate or drive new solutions and servicesSkills and attributes for successRelevant experience in consulting or industry with significant management experienceDemonstrated ability to supervise and develop others, effectively communicate, budgets, managing client expectations, delivering quality projects, timelines, etc.Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical colleagues and clientsProven work experience as a Data ArchitectExperience of gathering and analysing system requirementsProven cloud data architecture experience (Azure/AWS)Deep understanding of both relational and non-relational databasesAbility to design cloud architectures at a conceptual, logical, and physical levelAnalytically minded and can assimilate and apply new techniques and knowledge, to deliver insights and solve problemsProfessional with ability to work in diverse, evolving, and dynamic client environmentsExperience in the following aspects of the data analytics lifecycle, for example:

Cloud and Data ArchitectureData Pipelines and ETL/ELTData ModellingUnderstanding of Data Governance principles
