We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven
New Business Director
to lead our growth agenda across Northern Europe. This is a senior, high-impact role for a relationship builder and digital native who understands the evolving landscape of social-first marketing. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities across key verticals including retail, FMCG, tech, lifestyle, and beauty.The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the
social and influencer marketing ecosystem
, experience in
paid media strategy
, and is fluent in the
social commerce
space. Familiarity with
Sprinklr
or other enterprise social media platforms is preferable, enabling you to bring a data-led, performance-focused approach to client acquisition.Key Responsibilities
Lead New Business Development
in Northern Europe, identifying and converting strategic opportunities across target markets.Own the sales pipeline
from prospecting through to pitch and negotiation, collaborating with strategy, creative, and media teams to deliver high-impact proposals.Managing an SDR Sales team
to provide direction and also convert meetings generated by the sales function.Build and nurture relationships
with senior marketing leaders, brand directors, and procurement teams in both direct-to-consumer and enterprise organisations.Develop regional go-to-market strategies
, aligned with global objectives, local trends, and sector-specific growth opportunities.Use
platforms like Sprinklr
to demonstrate how data and audience insights inform smarter creative, influencer selection, campaign measurement, and content optimisation.Work closely with the global growth and marketing team to contribute to
thought leadership
, outbound marketing campaigns, and industry visibility across events and panels.Champion
Samy’s integrated capabilities
, particularly in influencer marketing, paid social, social commerce, digital creative, and content amplification.Requirements
6–10 years of business development or commercial leadership within an agency, martech, media, or influencer network environment.Proven success in
growing revenue pipelines
and closing complex deals with global or regional brands.Strong understanding of
social-first strategies
, including influencer marketing, paid media (Meta, TikTok, YouTube), and commerce activation.Experience using tools such as
Sprinklr
.Excellent communicator, confident presenting to C-level stakeholders and representing the agency in the market.Strong commercial acumen with the ability to articulate ROI, KPIs, and performance-based solutions.Benefits
