With a strong customer-focus and a goal of providing the best service and customer experience, this company is recruiting an experienced credit controller to support the wider credit team.Your new roleYou will be taking on responsibilities within the accounts receivable function, specifically;Maintaining an accurate sales ledgerEnsure the prompt collection of payment and achieve debt collection targetsLiaise both internally and externally with different teams within the company, clients, and membersMonitor ''bad'' and aged debt, producing month-end reportsTake on additional ad-hoc responsibilities as directed by the financial controllerWhat you''ll need to succeedA successful candidate will possess proven experience in Credit Control, with particular emphasis on exposure to credit control within the media sector, which is considered highly desirable. The role demands strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and clients.
