A growing technology business is seeking a Lighting Controls Project Manager to lead the delivery of modern lighting control systems across commercial and residential projects.

You will manage projects from design through installation, ensuring systems are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification. This role suits someone with a strong technical understanding and hands-on experience in lighting controls or building technology.

The Role

* Manage lighting control projects from initial design to handover
* Coordinate installation and commissioning teams
* Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources
* Liaise with contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure project success
* Ensure systems meet design specifications and technical standards
* Support continuous improvement of project processes and delivery standards

About You

* Background in lighting manufacturers, AV integration, electrical contracting, or BMS systems
* Technical knowledge of lighting control platforms such as DALI, KNX, Lutron, Dynalite, or similar
* Strong project management skills with ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent communication and coordination skills
* Ability to travel across the UK and work on-site as needed
