Customer Service Advisor Location: Stevenage Salary: £24,674 - £26,574 Pin Point Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor on behalf of a leading manufacturing business. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing customer relationships, processing sales orders, and ensuring that all client requirements are met efficiently and professionally. This position is offered on a temp-to-perm basis, making it ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career within a supportive and dynamic environment. Benefits Employer pension contribution 3% Working Week: 36.5 hours (Mon Thur: 07:30 am to 4:00 pm and Fri: 07:30 am to 12pm) Annual paid holiday entitlement is 20 days plus 8 bank holidays. This entitlement increases by one day for each completed year of service, up to a maximum of 25 days plus 8 bank holidays. After successful probation period ( 6 months) - entitled to 4 weeks Company sick pay Christmas shut down (need to save a few days of annual leave for this purpose) Key Duties and Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring all enquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
