Achieve and exceed a personal sales target of £2m annualised revenue. Develop a strong pipeline through a mix of self-generated leads to acquire new logos, networking, and leveraging existing client base. Lead the end-to-end sales process: prospecting, qualification, bid development, pricing, presentations, negotiation, and contract close. Build senior-level relationships with client decision-makers (CFOs, COOs, Sustainability Directors, Estate Managers).
