Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end payroll process for UK employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legislation.Review and improve payroll procedures, supporting ongoing system enhancements and automation initiatives.Act as the main point of contact for all payroll queries, liaising with HR and Finance to ensure alignmentSupport audits, reporting, and reconciliations to maintain accuracy and transparency.Provide insights and recommendations to enhance payroll efficiency and employee experience.
