The company is expanding its operations and strengthening its internal infrastructure, creating a need for a capable HR Generalist who can work confidently across a broad remit within a small, hands-on People function.The OpportunityThis is a true generalist HR role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable working across both advisory and administrative responsibilities. You''ll work closely with the People Manager, supporting all aspects of HR, including employee relations, HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and people development. Because the team is small, this role requires someone flexible, proactive, and willing to "muck in" wherever needed. This is initially a 6-month fixed-termrole with potential for an extension depending on business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide practical day-to-day HR advice to managers and employeesManage ER matters including disciplinaries, grievances, and capability issuesSupport managers with policy interpretation and best-practice guidanceAssist with performance management, including PIPs and documentationMaintain and update HRIS records, supporting managers on system useProvide general HR admini
