The main purpose of this role is to assist in the overall objective of the home in creating and maintaining a caring environment where clients and their families feel secure and happy, and where the respect and dignity of the client is maintained. The successful candidate will be responsible and accountable for delivering the highest standards of care to clients, and will assist with the supervision of staff and ensure adherence to home policies.Experience and Qualifications
