Reporting to the Sales Coordinator and working a 38hr week, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing quotations via CRM and processing customer orders into the in-house CRM system efficiently and accurately. Tasked with assisting the company in achieving and exceeding company objectives and KPIs, you will deal with customer enquiries via the telephone, providing information on price and stock availability as well as problem solving and finding resolutions to any customer issues. A confident communicator at all levels, you will make out bound calls to customers to resolve any issues or for clarification of information relating to their account or order and provide product assistance and liaise with colleagues to ensure the correct information is provided.
