What You''ll DoAs the Meetings and Events Data Insights and Analytics Senior Manager, you will serve as a subject matter expert at the intersection of event strategy and business intelligence. You will transform data into compelling narratives and actionable insights that influence decision-making at the highest levels of the organization. You will line manage the Meetings and Events Event Analysis, providing coaching, development, and direction to support team growth and performance.Reporting to the Meetings and Events Services Senior Director, you will collaborate closely with Business Intelligence and Analytics (BIandA), Data teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive innovation, optimize event performance, and support the evolution of our global Meetings and Events portfolio.YOU’RE GOOD ATProviding data-driven insights and translating complex event and operations data into executive-ready narratives that guide strategic decisions.Shaping MandE strategy by leveraging forecasting, attendee analytics, and performance metrics to drive portfolio optimization and business value.Advising senior MandE leadership with forward-looking recommendations that support innovation, scalability, and experience enhancement.Identifying opportunities to improve event planning, delivery, and digital engagement while ensuring alignment with industry standards and internal goals.Building trusted partnerships across global, cross-functional teams to align MandE initiatives with broader business and customer objectives.Navigating evolving market dynamics to deliver strategic clarity and insights that enhance the impact, efficiency, and relevance of the MandE function.Leading and developing high-performing teams, providing clear direction, coaching, and performance feedback to enable professional growth and strong results.

What You''ll BringYOU BRING (EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS)NICE TO HAVE:Familiarity with leading MandE technologies and platforms (e.g., Cvent), including use cases, capabilities, and innovation opportunities.MUST HAVE:Proven ability to translate event data and analytics into insights that inform executive decision-making and business performance.Strong knowledge of business intelligence concepts and tools, with the ability to partner effectively with BIandA and data teams.Skilled in executive communication with the ability to craft compelling narratives grounded in data.Experience collaborating across globally distributed, cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment.Demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage complex projects, and deliver results in fast-paced and dynamic business settings.8+ years of experience in roles spanning event strategy, technology, business intelligence, and/or transformation consulting.
