We are working with a leading £150m turnover M&E contractor based in Central London, who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Electrical Estimator to join their commercial team.

This contractor is well-established in the market, delivering commercial projects up to £40m M&E value. With a strong pipeline of secured works, they are seeking a driven and detail-focused estimator who can take ownership of complex tenders and contribute to continued business growth.

The Role:

• Take the lead on electrical estimating for large-scale commercial projects.

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, tender submissions, and supporting documentation.

• Work closely with the pre-construction and delivery teams to ensure robust pricing strategies.

• Attend client meetings, presentations, and site visits as required.

• Manage the estimating process for projects ranging from £10m–£40m M&E value.

The Candidate:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator within the M&E contracting sector.

• Strong background tendering projects £10m+, ideally in the commercial sector (offices, mixed-use, retail, etc.).

• Excellent technical knowledge and ability to interpret complex drawings/specifications.

• Commercially astute with strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative pre-construction team.

The Offer:

• Salary: £90,000 – £105,000 + package (depending on experience).
