Main Duties Sales Delivery : Handle inbound sales enquiries, manage personal accounts, and complete timely follow-ups. : Proactively develop opportunities from dormant and new leads. : Ensure all enquiries are maximised with cross-sell/upsell where appropriate. : Support Business Development outreach where inbound opportunities overlap.
