Already trading globally, this business are looking to go up a gear and inject capital into the growth of their marine division.You will be instrumental in driving growth, executing strategy, opening new markets/territories, as well as recruiting high calibre Marine Producers Brokers. You''ll either be doing this currently and are ready for a change, or are at the cusp of leadership, are a proven marine producer / marine broker and would like to take a lead role.You''ll be based within a commuting distance to London, and there will be natural expectation to travel internationally to meet existing and new wholesale brokers and MGUs.We are forecasting this role to pay up to around the £150k mark plus strong bonus potential and of course long term incentive plans, but this can be stretched depending on your background and track record."Visit the IDEX Consulting Ltd website for further opportunities.
