Ariane London is looking for an Assistant Store Manager for the first Ysé store in London located on King''s Road in Chelsea.Ysé is a lingerie brand created in 2012. At Ysé, we believe in lingerie that is as free as women should be.MAIN MISSIONReporting to the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in developing sales and ensuring a warm, expert, and sincere customer experience in her absence.MISSIONSCUSTOMER SERVICE

- Advise customers and ensure that the entire team performs its duties in accordance with the standards defined by Ysé by:Always setting a good example;Ensuring high-quality customer service in accordance with sales best practices throughout the store (in line with YSé requirements and based on Google reviews and NPS survey responses);Ensuring that the team strives to retain customers (better shopping experience, mastery and development of customer loyalty indicators for the store).BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND ANALYTICS

- Analyze business reports to make the best decisions to achieve the store''s revenue targets and grow it by:Analyzing and reporting on sales tracking via product rankings, revenue analysis, and company indicators (TT, PM, etc.);Motivating, challenging, and managing the team on a daily basis in collaboration with the Store Manager;Taking over as Store Manager for cross-functional tasks determined together;Following action plans and analyzing results;Familiar with the Ysé collections, training and informing the team;Remaining vigilant and curious about the competitive market;Optimizing product exposure in collaboration with the visual merchandising manager;Escalating product issues.HR MANAGEMENT

- Manage the team on a daily basis with the Store Manager by:Monitoring schedules and ensuring adequate coverage in the store;Alerting their RR in the event of their manager''s absence to modify schedules;Ensuring compliance with the occupational risk prevention policy;Respecting and guaranteeing the legal framework.IMAGE

- Both in terms of the product (visual merchandising) and the Ysé lifestyle (grooming and wardrobe):Ensure that products displayed in stores comply with Ysé''s image criteria;Carry out and take the lead on merchandising initiatives;Wear the Ysé uniform in its entirety and ensure that the team does the same;Be responsible for lifestyle/grooming;Ensure that her wardrobe and that of her team are well cared for.STOCK MANAGEMENT AND IT/FINANCE PROCESSES

- Ensuring stock levels and the correct application of processes:Manage and optimize your store''s inventory;Oversee the various operational tasks related to operations (delivery, returns, etc.);Ensure effective operational management of Ysé within the allotted time frame;Supervise and ensure optimal restocking in the store at all times;Analyze and make decisions regarding your store''s product needs (restocking requests, product boosts, or returns);Comply with and ensure compliance with procedures relating to shrinkage and administrative markdowns and the smooth running of inventories;Perform and supervise the execution of cashier operations on Shopify;Ensure and utilize the various processes related to the company''s omnichannel approach (Click and Collect);Ensure the proper implementation of safe, cash, and petty cash management;Notify and alert your regional manager in exceptional cases.TOOLS
