Job Title: Financial Planning Administrator full time or part time 4 days a week being considered Are you a confident self-starter with experience in financial services administration? We are seeking a Financial Planning Administrator to join our team due to substantial growth and progression of current employees. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years'' experience, preferably in an IFA setting, who values family and community.Key Responsibilities:Maintain client records and prepare files for meetings.Manage letters of authority requests and act as a client contact.Ensure money laundering checks and process application forms.Update client database with monthly policy valuations.Produce accurate valuation reports and liaise with legal associates.Experience/Key Skills:Commitment to previous employers and excellent communication skills.Self-motivated with an understanding of the financial planning process.Attention to detail, good IT skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.Previous experience in an IFA company is essential.Desirable:Experience using Intelliflo database.Working towards Level 4 - Diploma in Financial Planning/Regulated Financial Planning.What We Offer:Competitive salary and bonus structure.25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with discretionary days for birthdays.5% employer pension and exam support.Full-time or part-time considered, with work from home options post-probation.A friendly, supportive team with regular activities.We are
