School Chef Manager NEEDED- MUST HAVE ENHANCED DBS NEEDED

Berkeley Scott, the countryandrsquo;s leading hospitality agency are looking for a Chef Manager to work with one of our education clients.

We are looking for dedicated and hard-working individuals who have experience in managing small and large teams within primary schools.

Term time hours will be 9am-2pm, Monday to Friday.

Rate is andpound;15 per hour equating to an annual salary of andpound;14,625.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing teams including supporting with HR matters, rotas and training
• Cooking and preparing nutritious meals for up to 200+ students and teachers
• implementing menus within regulations and being hyper aware of allergens
• Liaising with school staff
• Monitoring and being responsible for budgets
• Managing and ordering stock
• Ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed in timely and acceptable manner

You Will need:

• Enhanced DBS Certificate (Child workforce)
• RTW in UK
• 2x Employment References
• 2 yearsandrsquo; minimum work experience in similar environment as a Senior Chef
• Food and Safety Certificates (including Level 3 Food Safety Certificate)
• Excellent time keeping skills
