Customer and Category Development Executive
Manpower are currently seeking an interim Customer andamp; Category Development Executive to work with our global FMCG client, Elida Beauty, renowned for brands such as TIGI, VO5, Toni andamp; Guy, and Brylcreem, and become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment.
The position is based in Holborn, London. This is a full-time temporary role until end December 2026, requiring 37.5 hours per week, to start ASAP, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying up to £60,000 per annum, pro rata, depending upon experience.
The role currently offers a mix of remote and onsite working, subject to adjustment based on business requirements.
Due to the urgency of the role, candidates must be available immediately, or have no more than 2 weeks'' notice period
Your Role andamp; Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Customer andamp; Category Development Executive to join the Global TIGI Bed Head team. This individual will provide essential support in executing customer and category development strategies, analysing market trends, and ensuring the smooth flow of communication across departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for the beauty industry, an analytical mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in commercial strategy and category growth within a fast-paced, growing brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of customer relationship strategies to enhance brand presence and drive sales across key retailers and channels in both the UK and Europe
- Support customer meetings, presentations, and communications by generating insights and preparing relevant category data and reports
- Assist in tracking customer performance metrics and KPIs * Support the creation of post-sale reports to evaluate sales and marketing campaigns
Support in analysis and creation of pricing andamp; promotional strategies
- Track listing and distribution across regions
- Support in creation of innovation business cases
Essential Skills andamp; Experience:
- Working experience in data insights, customer or commercial
- Strategy and commercial planning experience
- Advanced ability with MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Demonstrated self-starter
Nice To Have:
- Familiarity with either UK or US retail landscape
- Experience working with Circana/Kantar data
- Revenue Growth Management experience
- Experience working in a startup / small business environment
- Experience in Beauty andamp; Personal Care Industry / working with BPC brands
