Description

• Assist in maintaining and reconciling the general ledger
• Post journal entries and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Process supplier invoices and credit notes
• Prepare payment runs and reconcile supplier statements
• Raise and issue customer invoices; follow up on overdue accounts
• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations
• Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns in line with relevant regulations
• Ensure accurate VAT treatment on all sales and purchase invoices
• Maintain and file supporting documentation for VAT audits
• Assist with month-end closing procedures, including accruals and prepayments
