Reporting into the Customer Service Manager your daily duties will include: Process and manage customer bookings accurately and efficiently. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key accounts. Manage customer enquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfactory outcomes.
