Your new role As a Credit Controller, your duties will include: Ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts from clients across multiple entitiesKeeping track of customer accounts to identify overdue paymentsBuilding and maintaining positive relationships with customers while ensuring timely paymentsWorking with the customers to resolve queries and disputes, including engaging in internal operational support as and when requiredIdentifying and mitigating risks associated with outstanding debts, escalating when required and supporting on legal processes if neededAllocating cash and reconciling bank accounts Preparing regular reports on credit and collection resultsKeeping accurate records of all credit transactions and communications with customersAdditional AR ad-hoc requirements as and when necessaryContinuously seeking and suggesting ways to improve credit control processes and systemsEnsuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulationsWhat you''ll need to succeed Ability to demonstrate strong Credit Control experience from previous positions.
