Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for an experienced Design Manager to join a multidisciplinary engineering company, in a long-term contract position. You will be required to work on a hybrid basis from our client''s office in Northamptonshire.This is a great opportunity to work on a major infrastructure project with an experienced team.-Rate up to 480/day dependant on experience.-Hybrid working arrangement.Key Responsibilities:-Build and manage a team of site and office-based staff, ensuring consistent service delivery.-Oversee responses to TQs, RFIs, EWNs; review temp/permanent works integration, materials, and fabrication; produce as-built records; support quarterly reports and reviews.-Lead on safety, and ensure delivery meets budget, schedule, and quality targets.-Align resources with construction needs in collaboration with the Construction Services Manager.-Promote ASC services and support business development through client and industry engagement.What we are looking for:-Degree-qualified in Engineering or a related design discipline.-Experience working on a range of infrastructure projects.-Strong technical and site delivery skills, including detailing, contract admin, and consultant coordination.-Prior experience on site dealing with contractors, projects in latter RIBA stages, and technical delivery.-Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
