Customer Service Administrator Lichfield Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 Permanent role Our Client, an FMCG sector company, are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator on a permanent basis. They have a proven track record in developing talent and providing excellent career progression prospects. Key responsibilities - Customer Service Administrator: Receiving/placing orders from customers Managing the bookings of customer collections from site Providing support major UK retailers Supporting in-office transport, reception and POD teams. Supporting the commercial team with client management and future business Supporting yard, operations and loading staff Skills and experience- Customer Service Administrator: Prior experience within an order processing, customer service or administrative role Customer service focus with excellent communication skills Excellent written and verbal communications skills Highly accurate with a strong attention to detail Positive and pro-active attitude with the ability to work under pressure and under your own initiative Able to efficiently use a computer including Microsoft Office and willingness to learn other business critical software Ability to work as part of a team supporting colleagues where necessary Hours - Customer Service Administrator Monday to Friday 0800 to 1700 (1-hour lunch break) On-Call, one weekend per month On-Call, one week per month (Apply online only Benefits- Customer Service Administrator: The position o
