Michael Page HR are delighted to be partnering with a highly successful manufacturing organisation in Hinckley to appoint for a HR Manager role.

Due to the nature of this sector, the role will mostly be a site based role of circa 4-5 days per week onsite.

Description

Reporting to the CFO and partnering with management and leadership at this busy, multi-site manufacturing organisation, the role of HR Manager will oversee a small HR team and take responsibility for the full people life-cycle, dealing with all operational and strategic matters to ensure a first class HR offering to this growing organisation.

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Ensure all HR policies, procedures and systems are effective and fit for purpose
• Oversee recruitment, on-boarding, and talent management processes.
• Manage employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions.
• Monitor and improve employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Lead performance management and professional development programmes.
• Collaborate with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes.
• Work with leadership to assess training needs and develop appropriate training initiatives
• Oversee T&A system

Profile

Ideal applicants will have a proven background in a similar role, ideally within the manufacturing/industrial sectors.

Ideally you will hold a CIPD qualification
