About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and reliable Multi Trader to join our growing team. Operating across South East London, North London, and Kent, this role requires a well-rounded professional capable of handling a variety of trades to support both planned and reactive maintenance works in domestic and maybe some void properties. Key Responsibilities: Carry out general repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment work including: Carpentry Basic plumbing Plastering Tiling Painting and decorating Basic electrical work Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and complies with relevant health and safety regulations. will be uploading photos of work done to an app that will be sent back to the office Respond promptly to job requests and complete tasks efficiently. Provide excellent customer service while on-site. Accurately report work carried out using job management systems or mobile apps. Travel across designated regions (South East London, North London, Kent) as required. Requirements: Proven experience in a multi-trade or property maintenance role. Strong skills in at least two of the following: carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, decorating. Good knowledge of health and safety standards. Full UK driving licence (essential). Own tools (desirable, but company may provide). Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong communication and customer service skills. Desirable: NVQ or City and Guilds q
