Our client has a strong order book and busy pipeline of projects and is looking to proactively bolster it''s commercial team.Duties and Responsibilities: The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing daily commercial management functions, including but not limited to; measurement and valuations, applications for payment, reconciling accounts, dealing with sub-contract enquiries, through to practical completion of the project and settling final accounts.Desirable Experience: Minimum 2 years+ experience as a QS on Construction projects.Good communication skills.Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying. Previous Roles: Quantity Surveyor OR Project QS OR Intermediate Quantity Surveyor OR Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
