This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of key commercial activities on a flagship infrastructure project, working within an established commercial team on long-term major works.Key ResponsibilitiesLeading the commercial management of subcontract packagesManaging CVRs, forecasting, and monthly commercial reportingAdministering NEC3 Option C contracts and compensation eventsSupporting delivery teams across civils, tunnel, and cross passage worksManaging subcontractor performance, payments, and change controlProducing accurate cost/value reporting and financial forecastsSupporting commercial strategy and risk management across packagesRequirementsProven experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on major infrastructure projectsStrong NEC3 Option C contract knowledge is essentialExperience managing subcontractors and leading commercial reporting processesBackground in civils, tunnelling, rail, or major infrastructure projects preferredExperience using CEMAR is desirableStrong stakeh
