Newbury 4 4 Centre Ltd is looking for a skilled Technician to join our established, friendly team in Berkshire specialising in Land Rover and Range Rover. You''ll be hands-on in the workshop, working across a range of Land Rover and Range Rover models. Day-to-day, you''ll: Carry out servicing, maintenance, repairs and inspections to a high standard Perform diagnostics and fault-finding on mechanical and electrical systems Use specialist tools and diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve issues efficiently Ensure vehicles meet quality and safety standards before returning to customers Work closely with the team to deliver a smooth, professional customer experience We''re after a technician who takes pride in doing things properly and enjoys solving problems. You''ll need: NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent) Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills with proven diagnostic experience Confidence with electrical systems, fault diagnosis and diagnostic equipment A keen eye for detail, good organisation, and a safety-first mindset The ability to work well in a team and communicate clearly with colleagues (and customers when needed) A full UK driving licence Experience with Land Rover and Range Rover models is a big plus, but great technicians who learn fast are welcome too.
