Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance procedures, standards, and specifications. Ensure compliance with customer requirements and internal quality protocols. Oversee all operational activities that impact product quality, including internal and external PPM. Lead investigations into quality issues and implement corrective actions. Supervise and support inspectors, technicians, and quality personnel. Conduct periodic quality control checks across production lines. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production processes. Develop and review FMEAs and production plans to ensure product quality from inception.
