Part Time Accounts Administrator - Ongoing Temporary contract Location: Witham, Essex (Office-based) Hours: Tuesday - Friday (24 - 32 hours per week) Pay: 13.00- 13.25 per hour Contract: Ongoing temporary contract Start date: Monday 13th April 2026Benefits: 22 days holiday (pro rata) + bank holidays, pension after 3 months We are seeking a reliable and adaptable Part Time Accounts Administrator to join our team. This is an ongoing temporary contract which combines accounts support, administration, and front-of-house duties.Key Responsibilities:As a Part Time Accounts Administrator, you will be required to assist with weekly payroll processes (Tuesdays and Wednesdays)Support payroll administration tasksProvide reception cover on FridaysAssist with marketing administration where required General office and administrative supportSkills and Experience required for this Accounts Administrator position:Good Microsoft Excel knowledgePayroll experience desirable but not essentialHighly organised with strong time management skillsConfident multitasker in a busy office environmentProfessional and friendly phone manner CRM or accounting software experience beneficial but not essentialIndustry: Admin and secretarial If you feel you meet the above criteria and are available from Monday 13th April, please apply with your CV and we will be in touch if your CV is deemed suitable.
