Managing complex subsidence investigations from first visit to final resolutionVisiting damaged properties to assess structural, technical and insurance related issuesDesigning and overseeing stabilisation schemes and repair strategiesProducing high quality technical reports, specifications and tender documentsInterpreting geotechnical investigations and advising on foundation solutionsAdministering building contracts, valuations and variationsEnsuring compliance with Building Regulations, Planning, CDM and Party Wall legislationWorking closely with policyholders, insurers, loss adjusters, contractors and local authoritiesAbout you:Our client is seeking someone with the technical depth and confidence to handle highly complex subsidence cases.
