About the role:
We’re looking for a proactive and passionate Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team and support the Brand Manager across our portfolio of renowned brands including Jane Iredale Makeup, the Epicutis post-procedure range, Medik8, Jan Marini Skin Research and our innovative devices selection.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a genuine interest in aesthetics. You’ll play a key role in bringing marketing campaigns to life, supporting brand planning, and helping deliver impactful content across digital and physical touchpoints.
Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support for the Brand Manager, assisting with the rollout of marketing plans and campaign activityConfidently support brand planning sessions and contribute ideas to help shape strategyBrief internal and external teams on marketing projects, including social media, email campaigns, and B2B activationsLiaise with our in-house designer to create campaign assets and ensure brand consistency across all channels (print, digital, events)Assist with the PR and Education teams on organising marketing activations including events, exhibitions, webinars, and promotional campaignsTrack performance of marketing initiatives and support with compiling campaign KPI reportsStay on top of industry and category trends, bringing fresh ideas and insights to the teamAssist with ad-hoc tasks and special projects as required
Requirements:
1–3 years of marketing experience, ideally within beauty, health, or wellness sectorsA genuine passion for aesthetics, beauty and cosmetic innovationsA hands-on attitude and willingness to get stuck into all aspects of campaign executionExperience briefing in social media and CRM campaignsA confident communicator and team player who enjoys sharing ideas and collaboratingHighly organised with strong attention to detailComfortable working to tight deadlines and managing multiple projectsStrong written and verbal communication skillsCreative thinker and enthusiastic problem solver
