We provide a great induction programme that includes supportive shadow shifts and a range of development opportunities.We are a friendly, supportive team who are passionate about high quality care and making a difference in the lives of others. We support individuals to recover and relearn skills after they have had an accident or injury. The work we do makes a profound impact on individuals'' lives.The role can be full time (33 hours), part time or bank work. There is the potential for part time hours to increase at a later date, if desired.The ideal candidate would be happy both working on their own and within a team, be proactive and have a good sense of humour.
